How the reservation process works

1. Requesting information: The user selects the desired option (on-location show or dinner and show) on the website and fills out the form indicating city and date.
   Note: If less than 24 hours remain until the event, the form is usually disabled (except in special cases) for organizational reasons. For on-location performances (e.g. in a villa or rural house), you must provide the exact address or at least city and street, so the system can provide an exact quote including travel to your event location.
2. Receiving the information email: After submitting the form, you receive a detailed email about your selected option.
   For show: show details, likely available artist(s) in that city or village, duration, photos, and the final price including travel expenses according to the address provided.
   For dinner and show: restaurant info, address, group menu link, and the exact price per person and total.
3. Requesting availability: If you are interested in booking, the email includes a button to check the artist’s (and restaurant’s, if applicable) availability.
   This button is available as long as your event (date and start time) is less than 5 months away and more than 6 hours away.
   We recommend requesting at least 5 days in advance. Note: Before requesting availability, please ensure all details (date, time, address…) are correct. If something is wrong, you’ll need to fill out the form again before requesting availability.
   
4. Confirmation: The artist (or artist and restaurant) accepts or rejects the request depending on their availability.
   If confirmed, the date and time are blocked for your event.
5. Booking and payment: You receive an email to complete your booking and exact deadline for payment.
   Payment deadlines depend on the time left until the start event (dinner and show or just the show for a private apartment/villa/etc party):
   
   • If 28h or more: 24h to pay
   • If between 28h and 16h: until 7/8h before start
   • If between 16h and 4h: until 4/5h before start

   If payment is not made on time, the button will expire and you must start the process again by requesting information on the website.
   

Recommendation: For events within the next 5 days, request availability as soon as possible. Availability is not guaranteed.
